Why a weekly Bible Lesson?
The Christian Science Bible Lesson is foundational to our spiritual progress. It is immediately applicable to whatever we are facing in our lives and it is available for study during the week prior to the Sunday service.
The Lesson consists of selected passages from the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. The daily study of this lesson provides substantial ideas that focus thought on God’s great love for mankind, and shines a healing light on the teachings of Christ Jesus.
Copies of the Christian Science Quarterly Bible Lesson may be purchased at the Reading Room. Let the librarian know if it’s your first copy, and let it be our gift to you. You can also subscribe to the eBibleLesson, an online resource, while youngsters enjoy myBibleLesson, available by subscription.

Wednesday testimony meeting

No matter what the challenge – relationships, finances, mental or physical difficulties – a deep awareness of God’s presence and power leads to healing solutions.
On Wednesdays, Christian Science churches around the world hold meetings where those present share gratitude for blessings. These testimonies provide powerful proof of the efficacy of prayer in dealing with untoward situations. A recent testimony rejoiced in complete release from a nagging cough that had continued for quite some time.
“The honest student of Christian Science is modest in his claims and conscientious in duty, waiting and working to mature what he has been taught.”
(No and Yes 2:17-19, Mary Baker Eddy)
